I’ve replaced the scans of the June issue of ASOS with larger and clearer scans.

Jennifer will be on the cover of Flare magazine’s June issue, on newsstands in Canada on Monday (May 16).

On being a wild child: “My mom [says] – Jenn wasn’t allowed to play with the girls at recess. She had to play with the boys because she’s too rough.”
On her athletic build: “I’d rather look a little chubby on camera and look like a person in real life, than to look great onscreen and look like a scarecrow in real life.”
On Oscar parties: “I went to the Vanity Fair [Oscar] party for a cool 15 minutes. And then I took off. I’m like a little old lady. I’m always tired around midnight! I mean, it was cool to see Elton John, and I met Billy Crystal, which was amazing, but yeah, I’m mostly just kind of uncomfortable.”
On the success of Winter’s Bone: “I cried when we got into Sundance. I never saw any of this coming.”

Continuing the buttressing up of its growing talent department, Anonymous Content has signed Hunger Games star and Oscar nominee Jennifer Lawrence.

The move comes less than two weeks after the company lured Tony Lipp, Sandra Chang and Doug Wald from their companies (CAA, Industry Entertainment, Raw Talent Group, respectively), bringing with them a host of clients. Sam Worthington, Paul Dano, Emma Stone, Penn Badgley, Anna Faris, Max Minghella, Jack Quaid, Patrick Wilson, Justin Chambers, Jessica Walter, Jaime King, Matt Bomer, John Cleese and Blythe Danner were among the actors that joined the firm.

Bringing Lawrence into the Anonymous Content fold is a reunion of sorts, as Anonymous, which has both talent and production divisions, produced The Beaver as well best picture nominee Winter’s Bone, both of which star Lawrence. It was for her work in Bone that Lawrence garnered her Oscar nomination.

Lawrence had been previously without manager representation – she continues to be repped by CAA and attorney Steve Warren – ­ and her nabbing the starring part as Katniss in Hunger Games, Lionsgate¹s adaptation of the first of Suzanne Collins best-selling novels, made her one of the most sought-after actresses in town.

At Anonymous , Lawrence will be managed by Trevor Adley and Lipp. Adley joins the firm from CAA, where he worked closely with Lipp.

Can you talk about your casting of Anton Yelchin and Jennifer Lawrence?
JF: Anton’s been around for a long time. He was always my first choice. I met a few other guys but I was only serious about him. I think he has the right combination of being light and charming that makes much easier to play this dark brooding pouty guy. I think if you have someone dark broody and pouty playing a dark broody pouty person, you’re just going to want to smack them. He really had that good combination. With Jennifer Lawrence I looked at hundreds of girls to play this. They were all fantastic and I see them now on movies and TV shows. She auditioned and she was pretty good. I went to see her in Winter’s Bone and I came out and said, “That is the girl that I want. Now we have to rewrite the whole script for her.” I realized it was really the script that wasn’t working. I was forcing the actors to play things that were not right for the character so we had to go back in and re-tool her part.
